Car park 12C is available for accessible parking (first row), VIPs/sponsors and Nissan drivers.
TICKETING & ACCREDITATION:
Ticketing will have a marquee external to the Activation Zone in the carpark for any ticket collections (i.e. corporate hospitality). No tickets will be available at the gate as it is sold out!
Entry to the Stadium will be via the Activation Zone, which will open at 5:00pm due to the ANL game commencing at 5.30pm. Security will undertake a bag check prior to being scanned into the Activation Zone. Fans are then invited to enjoy the Zone’s activities! Fancy your face painted? Perhaps have a bite to eat! Meet Lucy Lightning and grab a photo. The doors to the Stadium will open at 5.10pm.
FOOD & BEVERAGES:
A variety of hot and cold food will be available for purchase at the venue, including Raw Energy (inside), the Good Food Fellas, Van from Hoian, Calamari Canteen, a BBQ and Espresso XO. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also available for purchase from the public bar in the Activation Zone (18+ photo identification must be shown to purchase alcoholic beverages). Please note the University of the Sunshine Coast does not sell bottled water so please bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated or purchase one from the merchandise stand – water bubblers are also available.
If you are attending a corporate hospitality function, please ensure you collect your wrist band from the ticketing desk.
Lightning Laneway (Ground Floor Hall of Fame) will commence at 6.00pm and finish at 7.30pm.
Sky Suite (Level 1 Mezzanine) will commence at 6.45pm and finish 15 minutes after the game.
There are two entry points – the Northern Gate (closest to the pool end) and the Southern Gate. Your ticket will say either North or South. Each stand is then broken down into aisles which are marked.
Please note: when the game is in play, patrons will be held at the entry to the stands until the ball is in play at the other send, to minimise disruption to the players.
Fans who want to look the part are in luck! GAME Clothing, our official merchandise partner, will be on location with the latest GAME goodies so you can deck yourself out in some fantastic gear. Show your true colours and support the Lightning ladies. If something is worth doing, it is worth doing looking good, and GAME Clothing has you covered!
Lightning athletes will be available to sign autographs at the conclusion of the game (10 minutes after the game). This will occur in the entrance foyer to the Stadium. Half the team will sign for 15 minutes and then swap with the other half of the team who will sign for another 15 minutes. Signings are limited to one item each. This is to ensure the players have their correct recovery time and everyone gets a chance to have an autograph. We appreciate your assistance in ensuring we can get the balance right for everyone. Lucy Lightning will be available before and during the game for photos!
*** PLEASE NOTE: While the action on-court will be red-hot, the stadium itself can be quite cool. The new air conditioning system works perfectly, so if you feel the cold, we suggest you bring something warm to wear!
*** Tickets for Sunday’s ANL Round 4 match – which features Lightning Training Partners in the Storm side – are available at the door on Sunday morning. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children (5-17 years of age) and free for under-fives. It is the first ANL Round at the Sippy Downs venue. Gates open 9:30am Sunday. Cash sales only.
