Courtney Bruce will not play in Lightning’s Round 6 match against the Melbourne Vixens this weekend as she continues to manage an injury.
Mahalia Cassidy will return to the squad after missing last weeks’ game due to an ankle injury.
Maddie Hinchliffe remains in the squad after being elevated in place of Ava Black, and will be joined by Shannon Eagland to complete the 10.
“It’s great to have Mahalia back in the squad after missing last week. She’s had a strong week at training and is fit and ready to take on the Vixens this weekend,” Head Coach Belinda Reynolds said.
“I thought Shannon and Maddie played well last week and slotted into the team seamlessly, so I’m looking forward to see what they can do this weekend.”
