The Unitywater Lightning Cup is a Sunshine Coast Region primary school netball competition, held on Friday, 23 August at Sunshine Coast Netball Association (108 Fishermans Road, Maroochydore QLD 4558). 

The school-aged competition aims to provide an opportunity for primary school students in years five and six in the Sunshine Coast region to play netball in a fun and inclusive environment.

The competitive carnival includes three divisions: Championship, Development and Boys, as well as a multi-class ‘come-and-try’ opportunity for students with a mental or physical disability to participate.

A Lightning Strike Zone will be available on the day, including merchandise, food trucks and free activities, as well as special appearances throughout the day by Lightning athletes.
