Children fourteen years and younger will receive free entry to the 2023 Suncorp Team Girls Cup this February during the three day pre-season competition on the Gold Coast.
The official Suncorp Super Netball pre-season tournament will be played from Friday 24 February to Sunday 26 February at Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre.
The three days of netball will be the first opportunity of 2023 to see all eight Suncorp Super Netball teams in one place as they compete in the round robin style tournament.
In an event first, kids will have the opportunity to experience all the action for free. Additionally, a range of ticket packages and options will be available for all to witness netball’s best across one or multiple days.
“We are delighted to announce the Suncorp Team Girls Cup will be played on the Gold Coast next month as it is a strong growth region of the sport,” said Netball Australia’s Executive General Manager of Suncorp Super Netball, Events and Commercial Adam Richardson.
“The 2023 edition provides a prime opportunity for Queenslanders, and netball fans across Australia, to experience the best players from all eight teams of the world’s best netball league under one roof ahead of the seventh Suncorp Super Netball season.
“We are also excited to offer kids the chance to experience all the fun of the Suncorp Team Girls Cup for free as a small gesture of our appreciation for their support, with adults having an opportunity to connect with netball in person from as little as $10 with Early Bird prices.”
Fans who are unable to attend in person won’t miss any of the action with every game of the Suncorp Team Girls Cup accessible live and ad-break free on Fox Sports, available on Foxtel and Kayo Freebies.
The NSW Swifts will open the competition against the 2022 Suncorp Super Netball champions, the West Coast Fever, on Friday night at 4pm AEST.

Morning and afternoon sessions will be held on Saturday for fans to attend, and on Sunday a day of pre-season finals action will commence from 11am to determine the 2023 Suncorp Team Girls Cup champion.
