Belinda Reynolds has more than 10 years’ experience coaching high performance and elite level netball programs. Before Joining Lightning in 2023, she was at West Coast Fever as the Assistant Coach, where the Club achieved three Grand Final appearances and one Premiership. She has also been Head Coach of the West Coast Fever Reserves in the Australian National Championships and the West Coast Fever Academy. Her coaching career involves several state and national junior pathway teams, including Western Australia 17U, 19U and 21U and Australian 17U National camp. Belinda has a focus on relationships and player wellbeing, and values an open communication style. She brings fantastic leadership qualities with a passionate and ambitious desire to succeed both on and off the court.
