Young-gun defender Ashleigh Ervin made her national debut in 2023 and instantly made her mark on the Suncorp Super Netball stage. Standing at 192cm, Ervin is known for her ranging wingspan and ability to get rebounds, but it was also her game smarts and ability to hunt ball that impressed — notably Stacey Marinkovich who selected Ervin in the 2024/25 Australian Diamonds Squad.
At the end of 2023, Ervin was selected in the Australian Fast5 Netball World Series team, and was a key contributor to the team’s gold medal, coming home with two MVP performances across the tournament.
