Sunshine Coast Lightning is thrilled to return home to the Sunshine Coast and be playing in front of a USC Stadium home crowd in Round 11, after the Suncorp Super Netball today announced an amended weekend of fixturing.
To accommodate current government and state border restrictions, Lightning will now take on GIANTS Netball on Saturday 17 July at 3pm.
We are excited to be back playing in front of our loyal Members and fans on the weekend, after Suncorp Super Netball today announced an amended Round 11 fixture.
Lightning based themselves in Melbourne over the past fortnight to ensure the competition could continue, before travelling to Perth on Friday resulting in Saturday’s win over West Coast Fever.
We’re calling on all of our Members and fans to come out and support the team this weekend, and help us get another win as we head towards a hopeful fifth consecutive finals’ campaign.
