Sunshine Coast Lightning’s Round 9 fixture against Melbourne Vixens has been confirmed for Saturday 3 July 2021 at 3pm, to be played at John Cain Arena.
The match is one of two confirmed by Netball Australia this afternoon after 5 of the non-Victorian Suncorp Super Netball teams were relocated to Melbourne for the next 2 rounds.
The NSW Swifts v West Coast Fever game has also been locked in for Sunday’s 1pm broadcast time slot at the same venue.
The final 2 fixtures are still being determined by the league, with more information expected to be released in the next 24 hours.
Lightning are working closely with Netball Australia, Suncorp Super Netball and clubs to determine what the 2021 fixture looks like beyond Round 9.
