- Role: Assistant Coach
Chris Voge was elevated to Assistant Coach ahead of the 2020 season after serving time as Pathways Coach for Lightning in 2018 and 2019. She brings expertise in high performance sport, coaching, education and research to the elite program.
In 2020 Voge was also charged with leading the USC Netball Academy Program, engaging with local emerging talent as well as coaches and umpires to develop practical skills and personal development.
Voge has also held numerous positions with the Queensland Academy of Sport in the areas of Sport Performance Innovation and Knowledge Excellence (SPIKE) and Personal Development.
Voge has a strong coaching pedigree ranging from grassroots level roles through to coaching Queensland 21/U and 19/U State Age teams, Australian University Sport Netball Team Head Coach, Assistant Coach of Queensland Fusion as well as Head Coach of the Lightning affiliated Territory Storm in the Australian National League in 2018-19. Voge also has spent time as a Netball Australia 17/U National Performance Panellist, an invited or targeted coach at a Netball Australia Indigenous High-Performance Camp, Australian 20/U camp, the Centre of Excellence Tasmania Tour and Australian 19/U Talent Identification camp.
