SECURITY
Allow extra time for security checks in place prior to entry at the turnstiles. To assist in providing a safer environment for everyone and to reduce your entry time into the Centre, we encourage a ‘less is best’ approach. Limit the size of your bag to a small clutch style bag/purse or aim not to bring one altogether. Bags should be
no larger than an A4 sheet of paper and no backpacks of any size will be permitted. All bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper will need to be placed in the cloak room.

The following items will not be permitted into the Centre;
BAGS LARGER THAN AN A4 SHEET OF PAPER, BACKPACKS (OF ANY SIZE), CAMERAS WITH DETACHABLE/TELEPHOTO LENSES,
AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES, SELFIE STICKS/MONOPODS, TRIPODS, DRONES, TABLETS (E.G. IPADS, IPAD MINIS, SAMSUNG
GALAXY NOTE ETC), CANS, BOTTLES, GLASS BOTTLES, CONTAINERS, ALCOHOL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, CHEWING GUM, SPIKED WRIST OR NECK BANDS, SPIKED OR STUDDED BELTS, KNIVES OR ANY WEAPONS, SCISSORS, CHAINS, LASERS AND LASER
POINTERS, GLO-STICKS AND OTHER SUCH ILLUMINATING OBJECTS, ITEMS THAT CAN BE USED AS A PROJECTILE INCLUDING
AEROSOL CANISTERS, PERMANENT MARKERS OR TEXTA TYPE FELT PENS, HORNS, TRUMPETS, SIRENS OR OTHER NOISE MAKING
DEVICES, BANNERS, POSTERS OR SIGNS LARGER THAN AN A3 SHEET OF PAPER, FIREWORKS, FLARES AND MOTORBIKE HELMETS.

Guests are urged to secure prohibited items in their vehicles or check them into the free cloakroom located adjacent to the Ticketek Box Office. Please note that any bags submitted to the cloak room will be subject to a bag search prior to cloaking. The cloak room will be open from 1.00pm.

CAMERA POLICY: Cameras with detachable or telephoto lenses, recording devices and drones will not be permitted into the Centre.
Selfie sticks/monopods and tripods will not be permitted into the Centre. Flash photography is not permitted during this event.
PARKING: $15.00 per visit, payable to the attendant upon entry (cash only). Patrons with special needs must display a current
disability parking permit upon entry. Ensure that you follow the directions of the car park attendants at all times.
DROP OFF/PICK UP ZONE: Please follow the directions of the car park attendants. This area is for short term use only.
GATEWAY UPGRADE: The Gateway Upgrade North Project is currently underway. Patrons should allow extra travel time. For the latest traffic changes and alerts visit www.gatewayupgradenorth.com.au.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: We highly recommend that patrons contact Translink on 13 12 30 or visit their
website www.translink.com.au for service information.

ENTRY PROCEDURE INFORMATION
NO TICKET, NO ENTRY: Ensure that tickets are distributed to those attending prior to arriving at the turnstiles.
ACCESSIBILITY: Accessibility for people with special needs is available via Administration located on the ground level, to the left of the main stairs. Please visit the website for more information, www.brisent.com.au/Venue_Information.
TICKETEK BOX OFFICE: Open from 1.00pm and located at the entry gates to the right of the main stairs (opposite the Lake). The original ticket purchaser will be required to provide staff with their photo identification and credit card. For all ticketing enquiries patrons should contact Ticketek on 132 849.
PRINT-AT-HOME EZYTICKET HOLDERS: Ensure tickets are individually printed and distributed prior to arriving at the turnstiles. Tickets must clearly display your seat allocation and barcode. Visit www.brisent.com.au/Venue_Information for more information.
