Lightning Unveil WISE Employment As Membership Partner
Sunshine Coast Lightning is proud to welcome WISE Employment to the team as the official Membership Partner in 2021.
Lightning has cultivated a proud and passionate Membership-base over the years and this partnership will only further benefit our most loyal supporters, as the Club enters its fifth season.
WISE Employment’s focus on people and empowerment strongly resonates with what Lightning stands for as a Club and provides the foundation for this exciting new partnership.
Lightning CEO Danielle Smith said there’s a direct correlation between the Club’s values and what WISE Employment delivers for its customers year-round, which makes this a natural brand alignment.
“Since the beginning, we have put an emphasis on our people being our biggest asset and that is really encapsulated with WISE Employment coming onboard as our Membership Partner,” Smith said.
“They understand the importance of empowering individuals to achieve success and how that can benefit the wider community.
“Our Members are our most devoted and spirited supporters who play a pivotal role at our Club and to have a dedicated Membership Partner as we enter season five is a great result.”
WISE Employment’s Executive of Strategy, Quality & Partnerships, Ary Laufer said they were excited to join the Lightning family and to collaborate with such a successful sporting team.
“We’re thrilled to sign on as the official Membership Partner of Sunshine Coast Lightning this season,” he said.
“Our primary business is to support individuals into meaningful employment and help them to achieve their potential. And we see parallels with Lightning’s philosophies and the subsequent success they have seen in recent years.
“WISE Employment is committed to supporting the full participation of women in every aspect of their daily lives, socially, economically and on the sporting field. These values lay an important part of our partnership.”
