Where will Sunshine Coast Lightning play the Grand Final?
Sunshine Coast Lightning will host the Grand Final on Sunday the 15th September at 1pm at Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
When can members purchase tickets?
Platinum, Gold & Supporter Plus Members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets in a pre-sale from 11am on Thursday 5th September to 11:59pm on Sunday 8th September AEST. Please note this is an opportunity to purchase tickets and you are not guaranteed a ticket.
Supporter Members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets from Tuesday 10th September at 3pm AEST.
How many tickets can I purchase in the member pre-sale?
On Thursday 5th September at 11am Platinum, Gold & Supporter Members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets in the pre-sale. One (1) Member barcode allows you to purchase four (4) tickets. Please note you can purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction.
Please note it is expected that the ticket allocation will exhaust quickly, therefore it is recommended that members be ready before the pre-sale period officially opens.
Where is my barcode located?
Platinum, Gold & Supporter Plus Members will receive their barcodes prior to the member on sale on Thursday 5th September.
Your member barcode can also be found on your membership card which is located at the bottom.
If I am a Supporter Member am, I required to put in my barcode in the General public on-sale?
As a Supporter Member purchasing in the general public on-sale they are not required to enter their barcode. Please note you can only purchase up to 6 tickets in one transaction.
What if I miss out during the members’ pre-sale?
General public tickets will be on sale from 3pm on Tuesday 10th September. An allocation must be set aside for the general public sales period.
How many general public tickets are available?
Netball Australia has worked closely with the venue to ensure a similar allocation of tickets are available to the public as per the regular Suncorp Super Netball season.
If I am Platinum Member am I required to purchase a seat?
Your Platinum Membership only includes regaular season Lightning home games at USC Stadium. You will be required to purchase a ticket for the Grand Final.
Will I need to create a new account to purchase tickets for the major semi-final?
As this is a Netball Australia Final series you will need to create a new account when purchasing tickets as these tickets are sold via Ticketek. If you don’t already have a Ticketek account you can create an account here

What age qualifies for a child ticket?
2 – 14 years (inclusive). Patrons under the age of 2 are free (sit on knee).
What qualifies a concession ticket?
Concession tickets are available for holders of Full Time Student, Pensioners and Seniors Cards.
What qualifies a family ticket?
A family ticket is 2 adults + 2 children, or 1 adult + 3 children.

Can I contact 1300LIGHTNING to process tickets?
As this events ticketing is done via Ticketek the Lightning Membership team are unable to assist in processing tickets for you. However, if your barcode is not working in the pre-sale, please call the team.
